Job Description
KAO LEE ALUMINIUM INDUSTRIAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Purchasing Coordinator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Negotiating and coordinating with suppliers, overseeing purchase administration and order processing.
- Sourcing hardware and accessories, ensuring compliance with specifications while securing competitive pricing and quality.
- Ensuring timely delivery of goods and coordinating with production teams to manage any supply shortages.
- Collaborating with internal departments and overseas vendors for shipment arrangements.
- Resolving invoice issues with suppliers and managing credit notes.
- Performing general record keeping and office duties.
