Job Description

To assist with clerical work in QA Department and support documentation and filling.

Checking of online entries in BMR, production records.
Preparation of BMR in accordance with the production planning schedule.
Preparation of BMR as advised by Pharmacist/QA Batch Release.
Record keeping of BMR produced, issued, and destroyed.
Issuance and retrieval of BMR.
To cover receptionist at front office during his/her absence.
Any ad-hoc job as required.
