Job Description
As a Quality Assurance (QA) Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance process and ensuring that the final product meets the company’s standards and customer requirements.
Your main duties will include developing and implementing quality assurance policies, conducting tests and inspections, identifying and resolving quality-related issues, and providing training and guidance to the QA team.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, communicate quality standards, and continuously strive to improve processes to achieve operational excellence.
