Job Description
A Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for ensuring that products or services meet established quality standards. They analyze and assess processes, identify areas of improvement, and develop and implement quality control procedures.
The main duties of a Quality Assurance Specialist include:
- Reviewing and understanding product specifications and requirements.
- Creating and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Conducting tests to identify and resolve any defects or issues.
- Monitoring all quality control activities, including inspections, audits, and documentation.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Training and educating employees on quality assurance processes and standards.
