Job Description:
- Support the Quality team in Quality Assurance & Quality improvement activities.
- Lead or co-lead process/quality improvement projects for operational excellence.
- Learn industry quality tools like FMEA, SPC, and 6-Sigma.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Quality Audits.
- Assist in product qualification package & drafting work instructions.
- Work with Kaizen and Lean Six Sigma tools to positively impact the business.
- Perform data collection and apply a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
