Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Operations Technician II to join our team at Alcon. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily lab operations and fulfilling testing needs while achieving KPIs. You will perform both routine and non-routine testing, provide training to team members, and lead improvement projects.

Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety regulations, conducting investigations on Non-Conformance records, and supporting HSE related activities. Candidates must possess a minimum Nitec in any Chemical related course and have at least 1 year of experience in a lab environment.
