Job Description
Job Highlights
- Review & understanding of all plans and specifications
- Review & understanding all contract documents before tender/bidding of project & enquiry
- Preview all materials take-off (MTO)
- Revise on all suppliers prices (request quotation from subcontractors & vendors)
- Estimating budget issues
- Review all labor & materials cost for quotation
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Submit all final quotation to ED/GM for preview/submission
- Meeting with subcontractors & major materials vendors in order to maintain the updated rates/price list on materials and services required, in coordination with Purchasing team
- Coordinate with Operations and production for labour and other related costings to ensure all estimates provided are at a competitive level and complaint to on-time delivery requirement
- Weekly / Monthly meeting with management
- Weekly / Montly department meeting
Job Requirements
- Degree in Architectural
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in the Marine Industry
- Familiar with AutoCAD and Suite (Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project) Experience in QS work are essential
- With good interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
- Able to work independently
