- Managing the costs and contracts of construction projects.
- Cost Estimation and Budgeting.
- They ensure that the procurement process is fair, transparent, and in compliance with legal and industry regulations.
- Cost Control and Value Engineering.
- PQSs also allocate contingency funds to manage unforeseen events and maintain project viability.
- They are proficient in cost estimation techniques, contract law, and financial management.
