Job Description
Job scope
- Preparing of Shop and Schematic Drawings.
- Preparing Bill of Quantities.
- Understanding tender/contract document/specifications/terms of contract.
- Analysing quotations/prices/rates.
- Monitoring the work of subcontractors.
- Ensure Projects are delivered on time and within budgets.
Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma with at least 3-4 years of experience.
- Prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings.
- Knowledge of BIM software.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $3,500.00 – $4,00.00 per month
