Job Description
About the Company

• Working location at Toa Payoh
• Working hour: Monday – Friday (8.30am – 6pm)

Job Scope
- Ability to administrate on ACMV tender and tendering procedures.
- Up to date knowledge of market price trends.
- List the scope of work and commercial requirements in order to determine the risks of the projects.
- Create Tender File for proper tender management tracking and monitoring.
- Prepare and update tender submission documents on time.
- Prepare and follow up on Request for Quotations to suppliers/sub-cons.
- Take off Bill of Quantities from the ACMV Drawings, Points of Schedules, and Architectural drawings.
- Collate price comparison, costing summary, and technical proposal for tender submission.
- Study addendum and/or corrigendum documents and update costing summary with technical proposal.
- Good industry network with sub-contractors, vendors, and equipment suppliers.
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of relevant working experience in M&E construction industry.
- Possess knowledge of ACMV, Fire & BMS/IBMS will be an advantage.
