Job Description
Grand Build Interior Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the sourcing of new suppliers and manage pre-tender to post-contract stages, including cost estimates and project management. Your responsibilities will also include preparing tender submissions, negotiating prices, and liaising with consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
The ideal candidate should hold a Diploma in Quantity Surveying and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Interior Fit-out industry. We value proactivity, independence, and strong communication skills, along with a solid knowledge of furniture, finishes, and materials.
