Job Description

Tender Stage

Conduct preliminary assessments, estimate costs, materials, and labor. Prepare detailed cost estimates, list materials, suggest cost-saving alternatives, identify risks, and compile tender documents.

Cost Management

Monitor project costs, track variations, and provide cost implications advice for design options and changes.

Contract Administration

Negotiate contracts, understand terms, clarify discrepancies, and ensure compliance.

Progress Claims

Handle contractual claims, assess work completion, evaluate changes, and prepare final accounts.

Financial Reporting

Prepare financial reports, forecasts, cash flows, and conduct cost analysis and reporting.
