Job Description
JUST BUILD LA PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a collaborative team player who can also work independently.
Your primary responsibilities will include checking all invoices from subcontractors against contracts, preparing costings and related documentation for submission, and responding to all inquiries related to submissions.
You will be responsible for creating a unit rate checklist for all sub-trades and controlling all variation orders for contracts. Timely submission of variation orders for all projects and covering administrative duties where needed will also be essential.
