Job Description
KOH KOCK LEONG CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will prepare comprehensive tender documents, assess monthly progress claims, conduct cost analysis, and ensure adherence to budget constraints. Candidates should have at least a Diploma in Building/Construction or Quantity Surveying and proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word. Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain good relationships with subcontractors are essential.
Working days are 5.5 days per week at 24/26 Tuas Avenue 2, with transport provided near Choa Chu Kang MRT & Boon Lay MRT.
