Job Description
Company: LED SIGNS PTE. LTD.
We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our team. Responsibilities include:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for signage projects.
- Assist in preparing tender documents and evaluating bids.
- Manage contracts and ensure compliance with obligations.
- Monitor project costs and prepare progress payments.
- Prepare final accounts and assist in resolving disputes.
- Ensure adherence to Singapore building codes.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $2,00.00 – $5,00.00 per month
Experience: Quantity Surveyor: 1 year (Required)
