Job Description
Ensure that all contractual notices are issued in accordance with the conditions of the contract.
Able to source for sub-contractors/suppliers and negotiate for competitive prices.
Developed the estimates and provided support in obtaining materials and subcontract pricing in conjunction with the project team’s requirements.
Review specifications and drawings to determine the scope of work, cost structures, and contractual requirements, as well as review and incorporate a reliable/established vendor list.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Quantity Survey or equivalent.
At least 3 years of working experience in the construction industry.
Experienced in procurement, budgeting, contract administration, measurement of quantities, variation orders, and final accounts.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
