Job Description
Company: The Inception Recruitment Pte Ltd
Location: Kaki Bukit
Salary: $3,200 – $6,00
Work Day: Mon-Fri | 8.30am-5.30pm
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit tender quotations ensuring deadlines are met.
- Conduct quantity take-off for tenders and update amendments.
- Sourcing quotes and technical data per project requirements.
- Arrange and conduct tender interviews, negotiate pricing.
- Monitor progress claims, payments, and final accounts.
- Assist in final account settlement with clients and subcontractors.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering / Building / Quantity Surveying.
- At least 3 years relevant experience in the construction industry.
