Job Description
As a Raffles Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests at Raffles Hotels & Resorts. Duties include assisting guests with check-in/out, responding to inquiries, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
Key requirements for this position include excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. Previous experience in the hotel industry is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.
