Job Description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as a Receiving and Inventory Control Associate at MY SCENT PTE. LTD. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory management process.
Key responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders
- Inspect and document the condition of each item received
- Organize and store inventory in designated locations
- Update inventory records in the system and reconcile discrepancies
- Perform regular stock audits to maintain inventory accuracy
- Coordinate with various departments to resolve any inventory-related issues
The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in inventory control or a related field is preferred.
