Job Description

- Handling phone and SMS enquiries and tracking appointments.
- Confirming, scheduling, and cancelling appointments for patients.
- Making follow-up calls and sending SMS reminders.
- Receiving and greeting patients upon arrival, ensuring correct treatment and registration.
- Data entry of patient personal information into the system.
- Maintaining cleanliness at the clinic and front desk area.
- Processing payments using various payment modes.
