Job Description

Role:

• Handle clients inquiries (walk-in, phone, email…)
• Resolve issues and escalate as needed
• Ensure daily operations and classroom cleanliness
• Working hours: 1.30pm to 7.30pm

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service or education
• Customer-oriented with good presentation skills
• Comfortable with face to face and phone interactions
• Dynamic, self-driven, and proficient in Office tools
• Good English proficiency; Singaporean preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $1,500.00 – $1,800.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
