Job Information

Job Description

• Manage Reception area and Visitor Management activities.
• Responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls including distribution of any messages.
• Receive and or pick up packages/documents from courier or mail services; sorts and hands over item(s) to recipients.
• Manage uniforms & safety shoes stock requirements including the coordination of orders and goods delivery.
• Ensure all internal & external meeting rooms are kept clean and tidy are ready to be used.
• Assist on office administrative function; support event-organizing, purchase of stationary items.
• Ad hoc other duties as directed by the Management from time to time.
