Job Description:
- Man front counter
- Answer phone calls
- Filing
- Incoming and outgoing mails
- Sort and distribute items for staff and students
- Attend to unwell students
- Collate survey returns
- Other administrative duties as assigned by the school
Requirements:
- GCE ‘N’ Level and above
- Proficient with MS Word and Excel
- Preferred to have 1 year experience in administration.
- Personnel with no administration experience can still apply as training will be provided.
Salary: $200 per month
Working Arrangement:
- Mondays to Fridays: 8 am to 5 pm, inclusive of 0.5-hour lunch break.
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays.
Contract Period: 15 January 2024 or ASAP to 31 March 2024 or later
