Job Description
Work Location: Bartley/ Serangoon
Work Hours:
Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 5.30pm
Friday: 8.00am to 5.00pm (1 hr lunch)
Contract Period: 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025
Job Responsibilities:
Reception
- Handling of incoming phone calls and recording phone logs
- Performing simple administrative work
- Managing counter duties such as attending to students, parents, and walk-in visitors’ queries
General admin
- To provide admin support for School Management Committee, School Leaders, and teachers
- Assist in various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and distribution of materials
Job Requirement
Qualification
- Minimum GCE “N” level
Other Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good team player with a high level of initiative
