Job Description

Scope Of Services:

• To handle frontline services and telephone enquiries.
• To collate returns from students.
• To render first aid to students.
• To manage and maintain the loan book.
• To assist with general admin work like handling mails, faxing, etc.
• And more duties as assigned.

Qualification, Skill & Experience:

• At least a GCSE O-level certification or equivalent.
• Proficient in basic IT skills like Microsoft Office.
• Meticulous, organised, good interpersonal skills.
• Preferably with experience in admin and customer services.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday
