Job Description
HITCHVA PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled Receptionist to provide exceptional office support services and manage visitor inquiries.
Scope of Work:
- Office Support: First aid for students, manage calls, prepare documents.
- Visitor Management: Attend to walk-in customers.
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently or in a team.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in school administration preferred.
Contract Period: 27 Dec 2024 to 26 Dec 2025.
