Job Description
Location: Bedok Green Primary School, 1 Bedok South Ave 2, Singapore 469317
Contract Period: 1 March 2025 – 28 February 2026
Working Hours:
- Mondays to Fridays: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch break)
- No service on weekends and public holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Answer calls and assist walk-in enquiries.
- Provide basic assistance to injured students.
- Perform administrative tasks using Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Maintain composure during busy periods.
- Attend to staff requests.
Qualifications:
- Passed “N” levels (or equivalent).
- Proficient in English and enjoy interacting with children.
- 3 years of experience in school administration.
- Ability to use Microsoft applications.
