As a Receptionist, you will handle calls, manage walk-in enquiries, receive goods, and dispatch school mails and parcels. You will be responsible for retrieving messages and informing the respective personnel promptly. Addressing pupils’ needs and assisting staff in resource loaning and surveys are also part of your duties. You will maintain the uniform cupboard’s organization and execute any other administrative tasks as assigned by the management.
