Job Description

Main Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day front desk reception duties.
- Attend to phone call inquiries.
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Provide support in booking appointment/meeting room and other related duties.
- Ensure pantry stocks are replenished regularly.
- Perform administrative duties such as sorting documents, filing, data entry, etc.
- Maintain order and tidiness of the reception area.
- Receive, sort, and distribute the mail.
- Arranging couriers.
- Ad hoc job duties as assigned.
