This is an exciting opportunity to join Talents Connect, a fast-growing recruitment agency, as a Recruitment Consultant. In this full-time, commission-based role, you will source and place top talent for our clients’ open positions across various industries.

Job Scope:

• Perform full 360 recruitment cycle
• Generate leads and conduct cold calling
• Manage and grow existing accounts
• Source and assess candidates
• Handle process from interview to offer stage

Requirements:

• CEI certified
• At least 2 years of experience
• Own clientele base or willing to pursue business development
• Comfortable with a full commission scheme
