Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and talented Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Mason & Co Pte Ltd. As a Recruitment Consultant specializing in Temporary & Contracting positions, your role will be essential in sourcing and placing qualified candidates into temporary and contract roles.
In this position, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and candidates, understanding their needs, and effectively matching them. Your tasks will include sourcing candidates through networking, job postings, and database searches, as well as conducting interviews and assessments to ensure they meet the required qualifications.
Furthermore, you will manage the entire recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding. It is essential that you possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, are highly organized, and have a strong understanding of the job market and industry trends.
