Job Description
Working location: UE Bizhub West
Working hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist recruiters in sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels
- Review and pre-screen candidate resumes and applications
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit
- Schedule interviews and provide post-interview follow-up
- Maintain accurate records in recruitment databases
- Organize recruitment events and represent the company
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma and above qualification
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Entry level candidates are welcome, training provided
