Job Description
As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in the talent acquisition process, ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains qualified candidates. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the onboarding process.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and employment law.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Salary: $500.00 – $550.00 per month
