Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Employment Counsel to join our team. As the Regional Employment Counsel, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on employment matters to our organization.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations in the regions where we operate. You will play a key role in developing and implementing employment policies and procedures, as well as conducting training sessions to ensure understanding and adherence to these policies.
You will be required to handle employment litigation matters, including investigations, arbitrations, and negotiations. You will also collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as HR and management teams, to address employment-related issues and provide recommendations for resolution.
