Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing sales operations in the SEA & Oceania region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company objectives in the region.
- Manage and provide leadership to the sales team, setting clear performance goals and targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop effective sales strategies to maximize growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies and ensure competitiveness.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a regional leadership role.
- Demonstrated track record of success in driving sales and achieving targets.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to travel within the region as required.
