Job Description
- Collaborate with the global and regional account management teams to lead and assist in the preparation and submission of tenders for global and strategic clients.
- Analyze tender specifications and liaise with countries, primarily in the APAC region, for precise and prompt responses.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including local offices and central procurement teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and competitive offers.
- Develop a comprehensive project plan and timeline for thorough pricing analysis, internal review, and evaluation, aligning with the global tender management process.
- Maintain detailed records of tenders in internal reports and the tender document management system.
- Lead or participate in meetings with cross-region stakeholders, providing insights and analysis from a Tender Management perspective to achieve corporate goals.
- Provide additional functional and administrative support as needed.
Requirement:
- Proficiency in Advanced MS-Excel, including the application of functions such as VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, CONCATENATE, PIVOT, etc., is a prerequisite.
- Demonstrated ability as a fast-thinker, problem solver, with a strong aptitude for numbers.
- Possess good interpersonal skills and a keen understanding of cultural diversity.
- Fluent in spoken and written English; proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure.
