Job Description

In this role, you will work alongside your teammates to provide end-to-end event registration support. You will help with registration reporting, attendee communications, offsite events, and more. If you are detail-oriented, customer service focused, and a team player, read on.
Requirements & Tasks:
- Monitor registration, run reports, send communications and work with vendors to make all necessary arrangements for the event.
- Field questions from attendees and update their registration profile with any changes.
- Possess initiative and a positive attitude.
- Good team player.
- Fast learner.
- Microsoft Excel knowledge will be an advantage.
- We welcome both candidates with relevant working experience and fresh graduates.
