Job Description

The Wee Kim Wee School of Communication and Information (WKWSCI) at NTU is seeking a Research Engineer I to design and develop an immersive VR experience aimed at promoting mutual understanding and fostering social cohesion between in/outgroups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create immersive VR experiences and 3D environments.
• Develop gamified interactive experiences for user studies.
• Suggest improvements to enhance engagement and interactivity of the IVE.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team for academic input.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Basic understanding of 3D model asset management.
• Experience in VR/AR content development.
• Familiarity with Unity or similar game engines.
• Minimum 2 years in a similar role.
