Job Description
- Conduct accurate monitoring, documenting, and reporting of experimental results and/or research findings.
- Perform wet bench experiments in the laboratory, including molecular biology, CRISPR screening, biochemistry, drug screening, microscopy, and next-generation sequencing.
- Perform animal experimentation including mice experimental models, mice health monitoring, drug dosing.
- Maintain and upkeep biobank of tissues, cell lines, and other biological materials.
- Assist researchers in data analysis and literature review in various research projects.
- Contribute to project management, presentations, manuscript preparation & submission for publications.
- Assist with general upkeep of laboratory needs, provide technical support, and establish work procedures for ongoing research projects while maintaining good safety record for lab audits.
- Perform other related duties incidental to the work described therein.
