United Engineers Limited is seeking a Reservations Officer responsible for managing reservation requests from guests, travel agents, and referrals via various platforms. Key responsibilities include maintaining a reservation hotline, updating bookings, preparing arrival lists, assisting with pre-registration, and processing deposits.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ Levels or equivalent.
- Service-oriented with strong guest management skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Opera.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Able to work on alternate Saturdays.
