Job Description

The Reservations Officer responds to reservation requests from guests, travel agents, and referral networks through various communication platforms. This role ensures that reservation hotlines are consistently attended to, creating and updating bookings in alignment with guest confirmations. Additional duties include preparing lists of expected arrivals, assisting in pre-registration activities, and processing advance reservation deposits.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ Levels or equivalent
- Service-oriented with effective problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Opera hotel management system
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Available to work on alternate Saturdays
