The Job

The Reservations Officer/Reservations Agent responds to reservation requests from guests, travel agents, and referral networks made through various communication platforms. Responsible for ensuring timely reservation bookings, preparing arrival lists, and assisting with pre-registration activities.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Levels or equivalent qualifications
• Service-oriented with excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Opera hotel management system
• Able to work on alternate Saturdays
