Job Description
- Assist on site to ensure compliance with regulatory and client’s requirements
- Work closely with Professional Engineers, regulatory authorities, and contractors
- Implement and sustain site supervision quality & safety assurance system
- Supervise structural & geotechnical works, identifying any non-conformity
- Understand drawings & contract documents for work execution
- Conduct regular site checks & ensure compliance with health and work safety regulations
- Manage proper site documentation including safety records, method statements, etc.
Requirements:
- Accredited as a Resident Technical Officer with BCA/IES/ACES
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Good supervisory and leadership skills
- Excellent communication, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
