Job Description
WSP USA is seeking a qualified Resident Technical Officer to oversee the supervision and inspection of M&E and Architectural works for the A&A projects at NUS, Kent Ridge Campus. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring installations comply with working drawings and local codes, attending site meetings, and monitoring project schedules and material quality. A strong focus on safety management is essential, as well as maintaining site records and verifying contractor progress claims. Candidates must possess a degree or diploma in relevant fields and have a minimum of 10 years of experience in local institutional or commercial projects.
