Job Description
The Resort Executive is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing all operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. This role involves managing staff, coordinating various departments, and implementing strategies to drive revenue and profitability. The Resort Executive must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong understanding of the hospitality industry. A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining high standards is essential.
- Manage telephone inquiries and front desk duties.
- Coordinate with the security team for premises entry and oversee vehicles, vendors, occupants, contractors, and visitors.
- Account for damaged items, equipment loss, and defects post-guest check-out, communicating charges to occupants and escalating appeals for waiver processing.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure Resorts are well-maintained, reporting defects for scheduling repairs.
- Administer resort inventories and handle office stationery purchases.
- Assist with issues raised by housekeeping/security teams/occupants in the absence of the Resorts Ops Manager.
- Aid occupants in basic troubleshooting for equipment issues (e.g., refrigerator, air-conditioning, TV sets).
- Serve as the Point of Contact (POC) for coordinating with Linen Laundry Service Vendor on linen dispatch and collection.
- Handle linen inventory and purchasing when stock is low.
- Coordinate with the housekeeping team for linen accounting and preparation.
Requirements:
- Good communication and written skills.
- Good team player.
- Location: Changi Resort.
- 2 years contract.
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday – 11am – 8.30pm.
- Tuesday, Thursday – 8.30am – 6pm.
- Salary up to $2,500.
