Job Description
A Retail Assistant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the retail store. As a Retail Assistant, your main tasks will include assisting customers in finding products, handling cash transactions, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store, and monitoring inventory levels.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a friendly and approachable personality. Attention to detail is also important to accurately handle cash transactions and maintain inventory records. Previous customer service experience and knowledge of the products being sold are a plus.
