Job Description
- Making sure that the daily operations of a retail outlet run smoothly.
- Organize and allocate responsibilities to the supporting staff on the sales floor.
- Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance.
- Prepare and control the store’s budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency.
- Handling administrative duties.
- Monitor stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget.
- Assist customers with good mobile phone product knowledge.
- Operate retail POS machine and cash register.
- Perform ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
