Job Description
Making sure that the daily operations of a retail outlet run smoothly.
Organize and allocate responsibilities to the supporting staff on the sales floor.
Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance.
Prepare and control the store’s budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency.
Handle administrative duties.
Monitor stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget.
Assist customers with good mobile phone product knowledge.
Operate retail POS machine and cash register.
Perform ad-hoc assignment as and when required.
