Job Description

• Follow and drive sales to achieve sales targets set by the management
• Provide high level sales and quality service to customers
• Ability to assess customers’ needs and provide assistance on product features
• Perform housekeeping within the outlet
• Perform receiving/unpacking/stacking/bar-coding of merchandise in outlet
• Ensure sufficient inventory and comply with inventory control procedures
• Perform stock count duties as assigned
• Submit reports and customers’ feedback to management
• Other duties as deem appropriate for Retail Associate
