Job Description
Join our dynamic team at PP Coffee / Papa Palheta (M) Sdn. Bhd. as a Retail Coffee Specialist / Supervisor. You will ensure exceptional customer service and oversee daily operations at our coffee retail outlet.
- Provide expert knowledge on our coffee products and assist customers in choosing the perfect blend.
- Supervise a team of baristas and support staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to meet customer demands.
