Job Description
We are an established Online/Instore Jewellery company, eClarity Diamonds, seeking a Retail Sales Assistant/Executive/Manager for immediate employment to join our team. The working location is at Orchard, for 5.5 days.
Responsibilities:
- Handle phone calls, filing, and product admin support such as shipment, purchasing, copying, and quality check
- Ensure great customer service, close sales, and provide patient and professional recommendations
- Manage timelines and sort documents
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Ability to communicate with craftsmen from Hong Kong and the US
- Detailed, careful, and honest when handling order details and jewellery items
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work within given timelines, in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain polite and professional communication
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $3,200.00 – $5,200.00 per month
