Job Description
A Retail Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling products or services to customers in a retail setting. They engage with customers, assist in product selection, and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable about the products or services they are selling, have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work well in a team.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Recommend products or services based on customer requirements
- Assist customers in the selection and purchase of products
- Provide information and answer queries regarding products, pricing, and availability
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Process payments and ensure accurate billing

Requirements:
